Zune update error

Hola, primero que nada, les adjunto fotos de mi zune para que entiendan perfectamente el problema, sucede que mi zune funcionaba de maravilla, hasta que decidi actualizarlo a la ultima version, todo salio bien, pero inmediatamente despues marco el error 5 que decia contacte a servicio tecnico,,, ahi esta la primera imagen, ahora,, despues de ver a servicio tecnico me indican que debo formatear completamente el zune, y me dicen que debo de reiniciar el zune con las teclas retroceso, la tecla arriba del pad y inmediatamente cuando inicie apretar retroceso, el boton de enmedio y la tecla de la izquierda, pero lamentablemente solo me aparece una imagen como la siguiente solamente me aparece una pantallita negra, un logotipo de una bateria y dentro de la bateria un enchufe, pero es todo!!! y tengo conectado el aparato en carga, pero van mas de 4 horas y no sucede nada,,, ayudenme como formateo completamente mi zune????? o como kito ese logotipo?? ke significa LA BATERIA CON UN ENCHUFE DENTRO??? POR FAVOR NECESITO AYUDA!!!!

I'm working on it. And it's done.OS Version now reads 7.10.8773.98. Everything else is still the same.Any quick and/or obvious way to test this is trully Tango? #13 WTF...I'm dying for Tango on my Rogers...
