They would have sent you the Tablet with Vista on it and XP Recovery discs had you just ordered it with Vista. Then you can make the Vista recovery discs and use the XP recovery discs to load XP. When you are finished with it you load Vista and sell it. Too bad you had them load XP for you. Still check to see if you have the Vista COA. If so it's easy to get recovery discs.To the OP I like my X60T with Vista for the most part. I have used XP on it as well and although faster it is not as fun to use as a tablet with XP. To use as a tablet with XP.Thanks for the info and confirmation Harry. I just double checked and there is no COA for either XP or Vista. The invoice has a line item for Vista Ultimate as well as items for Tablet 2005 bios and Win XP Tablet US. Somewhere in the chain or related closeout I think there was a screw-up. What I ordered was a $30 option termed something like Vista with/to XP downgrade. It could have been my screwup but with the Vista item on the invoice I wonder.
