Attachments #3 also, i was using the stock verizion hotspot app.do you use something different? #4 For those with the XT926 or possibly other models that are sure they followed the instructions correctly but it still doesn't work, try the following because it worked for me.1. Download and install "Portable Wi-Fi hotspot Free" by CORE TECHNOLOGY from Play Store. Probably any other one will work but this is what I used.2. Open the new app and Change the Network SSID to anything other than the default and then set a password.3. Turn on tethering from your new hotspot app which will just turn on your native hotspot with the new settings you entered in step 2.4.
