Looks like no one’s replied in a while. To start the conversation again, simply ask a new question. Hi,My iTunes (latest version - 12.5.4.42) doesn't recognise my new Green Day CD. It recognises some other commercial CDs (but not all), and the CD definitely works as on the same PC (Windows 10) and same CD drive it works perfectly on VLC. I know that the problem isn't the CD and it isn't the PC so it must be iTunes playing up. iTunes diagnostics say all tests passed but here is the log anyway. Link. I know I can import using VLC and then add to library from there but that workaround takes much longer and as there's a few CDs I want to import it's not really a practical solution.
