Dear Sir,Pls look into the matter, my net is not working for last 15 days and nobody is responding to my complaints, I am being charged for every single day when the internet is not working. I have lodged numerous complaints but nobody is even ready to acknowledge the complaints.We took a TATA Indicom BroadBand Connection on 22 Nov (User id: [email protected]) and till this date we are just regretting on our decision as the internet has not worked fine even for one week. I am completely disappointed and frustrated by a company which is associated with TATA brand name which represents trust.Pls look into the matter and help me.
