#2 It cannot be done with the included W7 slideshow screensaver. Comments to Microsoft can be made HERE.You might try the slideshow included with Google Picasso, or there are others that allow for captions, but I'm not sure which if any provide a method to make the filename automatically be the caption. #6 I'm not sure ssmypics.scr exists in W7, I know I don't have one so you may not be replacing it, just copying the file there. But windows\system32 is likely protected (normally you see a lock next to the folder in Windows Explorer); so if you get an error when you try to copy the file to system32 then you would first need to "Take Ownership" of the folder. The easiest way to Take Ownership is to install the Take Ownership script and then in Windows Explorer you right-click on the folder and choose "Take Ownership" from the context menu.. Unlike the pre-money SAFE, the investors’ pro forma ownership does not change with additional investment in the SAFE. Naturally, this option is typically more investor-friendly.Here is an example:If the SAFE’s post-money valuation is set at $10M and an investor contributes $2 million in a post-money SAFE, the investor’s ownership stake is determined at 20%. 2 million / 10 million = 0.20Similar to the prior scenario, let’s assume the company raises an additional $3 million under the same SAFE, bringing the total funds raised to $5 million. As the post-money valuation (which includes the capital raised) is capped at $10 million, the original $2 million investor would still own 20% ($2 million / $10 million). The difference is that the existing shareholders would be diluted down to 50% ($10 million – $2 million) – $3 million / $10 millionWhich Option is Better?Carta recently published statistics that show “Current market terms for pre-seed SAFE investments” It’s not surprising that post-money SAFEs are dominant (the power of Nudges and Defaults). But it’s worth noting that many companies opted to take the pre-money SAFE route, which we believe is more founder/company friendly. There are pros and cons to both methods. Ultimately, the details of the specific agreement provide more insight into which option is better suited for each party. When YC pioneered the SAFE note, it was originally a pre-money structure. Its first makeover under new ownership sees Magix’s Mac editing package team up with some powerful partners.Originally developed by Sonic Foundry for Windows computers, Acid Pro, Vegas Video and Sound Forge are long-established platforms for music production, video editing and audio editing respectively. In 2003, Sony acquired the Sonic Foundry desktop product line and set up their Creative Software division; and over the next 13 years, the three programs enjoyed mixed fortunes. The most recent major update to Acid Pro was back in 2008; considering it was a pioneering piece of software in its time, and laid the ground for products such as Ableton Live, this is a considerable shame. Vegas fared somewhat better under Sony’s ownership, and not only did Sony release a major update to Sound Forge for Windows as recently as 2013, but they also launched an OS X version.Sound Forge Pro Mac 1, which I reviewed in SOS February 2013, was a somewhat tentative introduction to the platform, lacking many of the features of the more mature Windows version, but some of these were added in version 2 a year later. Sony’s foray into OS X raised hopes that they might attempt similar ports of Vegas and Acid Pro, but these hopes were not realised, and development activity seemed pretty thin from 2014 onwards. Then, in May 2016, the former Sonic Foundry product line, along with spectral editor SpectraLayers, underwent another change of ownership, with German company Magix, well known both for professional tools such as Samplitude and for their consumer-level music, audio and video software products, taking over.Such a change of ownership is always an anxious time for long-term fans, who want to ensure that manufacturers invest in continuing development rather than asset-stripping the software to embed the technology in their own products. So far, however, things are looking promising. Vegas underwent a well-received relaunch in a new version last year, and now Magix have unveiled their road map for the future of Sound Forge. A major new Windows version is promised for later this year, but the first update to reach the market is version 3 of Sound Forge Pro Mac.Freshly ForgedSound Forge Pro Mac 3 is built around a single-window concept, but offers plenty of options for the user to customise the layout.By way of a reminder, it’s worth recapping what SFPM already offered, as that core functionality remains very much intact in Magix’s first update. We are, therefore, still getting a pretty sophisticated audio editor built around a slick and attractive user interface, which is split into four ‘panes’. Waveform displays are located top/centre, where multiple audio files can be arranged and displayed in various ways. Additional panels at either side and

Method gives us a collection of folders (although this particular collection contains only a single folder, C:\Scripts). To take ownership of each item in the collection we set up a For Each loop and then, for each of those items, call the TakeOwnershipEx method:For Each objFolder in colFolders objFolder.TakeOwnershipExNextThe TakeOwnershipEx method enables us to take ownership not only of the folder C:\Scripts but also any subfolders found in C:\Scripts. If you don’t want to take ownership of the subfolders then use the TakeOwnership method instead. In that case your For Each loop would look like this:For Each objFolder in colFolders objFolder.TakeOwnershipNextSo there you go, RV. The next time some guy whizzes past you in a Porsche remember this: he might have the fancy sports car, but you have a script that enables you to take ownership of a file or folder. Never mind, I fixed it. I guess i'll just leave this in case somebody runs into the same issue. Could a mod change the title to say [ "uTorrent already running" magnet link - solved ] The problem was the resume file. It was marked as read only, actually the full uTorrent folder was, but I changed that and problem resolved. (right click on uTorrent folder in program files and uncheck the read only box). I also had to get permission for the folder. I use a nifty little tool called take ownership. Take Ownership a registry tweak that adds take ownership to the context menu. It will then open a command prompt and change the owner to the current user for every file within that folder. It resolves all permission and ownership problems with a simple right click. I definitely recommend getting it. Click here to download from howtogeek.
