New 21 May 2022 #1 Problem loading Windows News and Interests Hi,I am having problems loading the Windows News and Interests in the last couple of weeks. My Windows version is W10 Pro V21H2 (SO 19044.1706).I have all the updates done (I do not meet the criteria to upgrade to Windows 11).You can find my systems specs on my profile. Below is a picture of what I get when I scrool over.Any ideas of what might be happening?Thank you in advance for all the support. What software did you use to upload the original images from the camera and/or memory card to your computer?I downloaded the two files and used Phil Harvey's ExifTool via the ExifToolGUI interface to look at the two files and also see the shutter count going from 62703 for the first image to 1 for the second image. I also see the same thing using PhotoME to check the shutter count.I am wondering if the program and/or software that is uploading is the one that is modifying and/or incorrectly reading the shutter count and thus truncating it to a 8-bit number (obviously being 1 when the rollover past 62703 happens). I successfully rooted the phone. There is one problem though, upon installing ClockWorkMod Recovery, I can't seem to see a message that it's successfully installed? See attachment. Thanks again No, I don't think you should have done a seperate install of the VS 700 software but truthfully I don't know if the problem you experienced is only Windows 7 related. But the 8.3 1.1.1 patch shouldn't be in the picture. The VS 700 software on the 8.5 disc is supposed to contain all that as I was told by support, so no need for the old patch.
