There will probably be a little yellow error triangle on your device that has the problem. Navigate to "portable devices" or "MTP" in device manager, whichever one shows up with the error. Navigate to device manager (control panel ->Device Manager or Administrative tools -> computer management -> device manager). The drivers should then work as the 圆4 does. This can be unpacked/"unzipped with 7zip freeware in exactly the same way as a zip file.
