Start Here/Onboarding Welcome to Red Aspen! Hello, and welcome! We are so excited to have you as a Red Aspen Brand Ambassador! To get you up to speed on who we are and what we’re about, please check out this video from our CEO, Jesse McKinney! Those of us at the Treehouse (aka Red Aspen’s corporate office) are thrilled to welcome and support you! We’ve set up some amazing tools and training for you to use as you launch and grow your new business, and these should serve to help you learn best business practices along with everything Red Aspen has to offer. The first of our training tools is our Fast 45 program. This is where you can learn what it takes to build your business, implement the skills you learn, and earn shopping sprees and discounts while you do it! Before we jump into that though, let’s briefly talk about how you earn. How to Earn Anytime a customer buys a Red Aspen product using your unique Red Aspen website link, you earn a 25-35% sales commission based on how much you’ve sold over the month. We measure how much you’ve sold by your personal volume, or PV for short. Your commission is paid on your monthly personal volume (PV) and your PV resets each month. Find more detailed information on Red Aspen’s Compensation Plan here. All sales commissions you earn will go into your Red Aspen Vault account through Hyperwallet. We have some great resources dedicated to teaching you about your Vault + Hyperwallet, so check those out here! Red Aspen's Fast 45 Program Red Aspen’s Fast 45 Program is a fun and unique way for you to kickstart your business! It gives you goals to reach within your first 45 days as a Red Aspen Brand Ambassador, and rewards you every time you reach a new tier. We’ve structured our Fast 45 Program to help you be successful from the start, and it starts the day you buy your business kit, ending at the end of your 45th day.
