Doesn't give an F about this. Nothing from this thread works for me.Is there to get any Razer employee involved in this.P.S: BlackWidow Elite keyword in my case Yes please fix this software! The hardware works great, but your software does not work reliably on Mojave. Razer Synapse just isn't detecting my blackwidow elite in general. I just see the "Please connect a razer synapse enabled device". I have Mojave as well. Any tips on getting my keyboard detected? I just want to change the light to rainbow waves The Synapse is a joke on Mac OS, also it looks like some 13 year old designed it as a school project. How about you hire some real software developers? Going to be returning my Razer mouse because of unreliable behaviour on osx... having to unplug-plug the mouse all the time to reset the left click going missing is just too much to handle. Hi everyone. I have a Razer Orochi and my macbook is running MacOS Mojave. The mice connects, buttons works but I cannot make cursor works! I've tried on a windows machine and works properly. Any advises? thanks My basilisk is not working either. Lights work and synapse lets me change the color but the mouse in general does not work. the buttons, scroll bar and ability to move the mouse on screen all do not work After a long time trying to get Synapse to work on Mojave, I finally found a solution on my system.Navigate to /Library/Application Support/Razer, create a Contents folder, navigate into it and create a PlugIns folder. The app was crashing as it tried to look for that path but it didn't exist... Thanks, I've tried this solution on my computer. Unfortunately, there is no discernible difference for me yet.Just to be clear, I created the following directory structure:/Library/Application Support/Razer/Contents/PlugInsI then launched Synapse using the menubar option and it crashed. Or do I need to restart first for this fix to make a difference? thatcomputerguySorry I should have included that, they are in the system level Application support directory./Library/Application Support/Razer/RzUpdater.app/Library/Application Support/Razer/RzDeviceEngine.appthanks this was useful! thatcomputerguyIf you are having trouble getting Synapse to run stable on MacOS Mojave; try the following which fixed it for me.GotoPreferences> Security&Privacy>Privacy>Full DiskAccessAdd all three Razer services: RzUpdater, RzDeviceEngine, Razer Synapse. It appears the drivers are using deprecated libraries to access the file system; and don't have enough access to do what

Webcam off and muted the microphone as well. It’s still better than nothing; at least an LED light indicates the camera is on and recording audio. There’s also an additional lens cover to protect the webcam from scratches, which is helpful for traveling. The Razer Kiyo Pro Ultra's privacy shutter is extremely satisfying to use. I only wish it would also mute the mic.Speaking of audio, there’s a built-in omnidirectional microphone. It can pick up surrounding audio quality well enough for Zoom calls or group podcasts. Professional streamers will likely already have a dedicated mic, but the included one here will do the job for most purposes and save people from buying another device. One thing that isn’t included this time around, however, is a ring light, which the Razer Kiyo Pro had. Though, such lights are relatively cheap to find.Razer Kiyo Pro Ultra review: Is it really worth it to buy a $300 webcam?Adam Birney / Android AuthorityFor the average user, the Razer Kiyo Pro Ultra will be overkill. If all you need a reliable camera for meetings or zoom calls with family, there are more affordable options up to the task. Something like the Logitech C615 webcam ($69.99) can record 1080p quality at 30fps for a fraction of the price. Even Razer’s regular Kiyo Pro ($94 at Amazon) drops $100 off the price for 1080p/60fps capture, and it can often be found for $100 or less.On the other hand, if you are launching a YouTube channel or Twitch stream and want the best of the best, it’s hard to beat the Kiyo Pro Ultra. This webcam will undoubtedly make you look like a professional content creator, even if you’re streaming from your cluttered living room. At first glance, the $300 price tag may be hard to swallow. Razer keyboard not lighting up. - Razer Insider

I'm really getting tired of this. Throughout the day both my Razer mouse and Razer keyboard disconnect and reconnect. I can be typing or hovering over something when it happens. I made sure that all USB power settings are set correctly. This doesn't happen if the Synapse software isn't installed. When using Synapse 3.0 it happens 3 times more than Synapse 2.0. Are you sure it isn't simply your USB ports that are causing the issues? Try testing another product so that we can rule possible causes out before providing a solution. Before I begin, I have a Lancerhead mouse (Latest one) and a Blackwidow Chroma Keyboard v1.Things that I've tried:Onboard USB 2.0 portsUSB 3.0 ad-on cardAnother USB 3.0 ad-on cardStandard mouse and keyboardAbove Razer mouse and keyboardUp-to-date software, drivers and Windows 10 Pro OSPC re-formatted 2 timesThe standard mouse and keyboard doesn't have any issues. If I uninstall the Synapse software then I have no issues with the above Razer mouse and keyboard. For the Razer Lancerhead mouse: This happens both when using Wireless and wired (Synapse 2.0 or 3.0 installed). This seems to happen with the last 2 Windows 10 feature updates (which includes the April Spring update). I had no issues before that. The last two Windows updates, huh? This may be a bit of a drastic suggestion, but if you have tried literally everything, I would recommend rolling back those specific updates, then toggling off automatic Windows updates until they release a version that actually works. As a Windows 8.1 user (disgusting, I know,) I have used this technique several times over the years to fix some extremely annoying issues with troublesome, yet necessary, software.I'm not the biggest computer expert, but I'm extremely unlucky - if you can think of a 1:1 search result issue with a programme, I've probably had it, and I hold onto this information in the hopes that someone will have the same issue and need a fix. That being said, this issue is new to me, and rolling back a few updates is the only way I've dealt with similar issues before, so good luck, and I hope you manage to fix this annoying bug. I had a problem recently with my BlackWidow X Chroma just randomly disconnecting, the keys don't respond but the lights are still flashing. I of course googled fixes and the best option that looked solid was to disable Windows from turning USB device off.I went onto control panel and got device manager. Went down to *Universal Serial Bus Controllers* and right clicked every USB connection clicked on properties clicked on the *Power Management* tab and made sure "Allow the computer to turn off this device to
