Crash. This happens when your processor is too weak to perform certain tasks or is poorly set up.As practice shows, deleting unneeded apps that run in the background mode helps in this situation, but if it didn’t, consult the CEPHTMLEngine section.SOLUTION: One of the best, fastest, and simplest solutions is to use MSConfig utility to optimize your computer as a whole (in automatic mode). Slow when Saving Files or Exporting ProjectsA full hard drive or lack of administrator rights for saving files into the folder can slow down the saving process.Adobe developers suggest freeing up the hard drive to at least 20% of free space, but if that method didn’t help, I have a couple of other suggestions.SOLUTION: Add scratch discs to use in Photoshop (“Settings” > “Scratch-discs”). Also, adjust the virtual system memory/page file size of your OS. Check out how to add font to Photoshop.9. Photoshop Problems

Hello, I have been trying for three days to fix this problem and am at my wit's end, I hope I can find some help.I work on a Wacom Cintiq Pro 24 hooked up to a 6-year-old MacBookAir, and have never had performance problems with photoshop that didn't take some tweaking of preferences to fix.Suddenly a couple weeks ago I tried streaming my drawings on Twitch.tv, I expected PS to lag because the streaming software OBS takes up alot of CPU, but after my first couple of streams PS started lagging even when OBS wasn't open. I thought perhaps this was happening because I had an outdated OS system or an old version of PhotoShop CC. I updated to Photoshop 2020 CC and my Mac to 10.15 Catalina and still the problem persisted. I tried restarted and resetting my wacom tablet as well, I updated and re-installed the driver and no change occured in the performance. Ive also turned off the "Use Graphics Processor" Setting and again, the performance still lags whether using the Brush, Eraser, or Hand tool.I've noticed that Photoshop only lags when there is an Internet Browser Open. Normally I use Google Chrome to play videos while I work, and a small lag occurs with the application open, and significantly worsens when a video plays. I've tried installing and using Firefox as well since I worried the problem was with CPU usage, but Firefox alone being open and and playing videos yields the same result as having Google Chrome Open. I also have the application Discord open all the time and having that and photoshop open causes no lag, so I think it's particularly having an internet browser open, especially one with a video playing, that's lagging PS. I'm not the most tech-y person so, I don't know if this is something with GPU or whatever else it could be.If anyone can help (especially the sooner the better) I would greatly appreciate it!Thank you so much-Genny
