From what I understood I thought it was not a widespread problem, unfortunately for us. Are you using zoom ? Personally, I seemed to have the issue when using the atem together with zoom. I've swtched back to using a macbook pro for my live streams at the moment, which is a shame because I had bought a PC laptop to devote it exclusively to streaming jobs.
