Nahimic audio driver

#1 I used nahimic 2+ for a while and the normal nahimic 2 before that but since a week or so it stopped working.Basically the only thing that works is the volume slider.I tried to google the problem and those fixes didnt work neither did reinstalling both realtek and nahimic drivers.My specs are:Msi z270 gaming m5 motherboardIntel i5 7600KMsi gtx 1080 gaming xCorsair vengeance 16gbI would like for this to be fixed.Thanks for reading have a good day! #2 are you using Windows 10 RS3? It's windows 10 pro 1803I haven't tried the latest version yet is that for realtek?I reinstalled my system due to space less than a week ago so I doubt thats the issue.My device manager says it has the "high definition audio driver" is that right or is it supposed to be the actual realtek driver since nahimic doesnt give a driver missing error. #4 Yes, High Definition audio driver refers to Realtek Driver...After you reinstall Win 10 RS4 1803, you still cannot use nahimic?? Every time I install a new GPU driver, except I am disabling an AMD GPU sound device on my Rx-590, so I know this is what is happening--why Nahimic 3.x doesn't allow switching between active sound devices is beyond me! (See sig))Next, if you can run Nahimic 3 then you want to use the Realtek Universal HD drivers, instead of the regular Realtek HD drivers. MSI separates them out on the driver page for my x370 Gaming Pro Carbon AC, so if you can use them they are probably on your mboard page on the MSi site, too. Nahimic 3 is much better, I think, and adds 3-4 new Nahimic-specific software devices to your Device Manager, as well as only being some 35 MBs or so in size...! 1803 is RS-4, I think, so you should be fine with Nahimic 3 and the Universal drivers. Try here... to upgrade to the latest Nahimic 3.x drivers!I disabled both nvidia high definition audio and nvidia virtual audio device (wave extensible) and kept high definition audio device (realtek) and intel display audio on but it still doesnt work.As for nahimic 3 whenever I download it it gives me an error saying my motherboard is not supported. #8 Hello, i am also experiencing this exact issue, i use windows 10 pro 1803, and i think the error is from this update. Not with an motherboard. I have this problem with my notebook (GP62M leopard). After changed settings to 16 bit and 48 kHz, a reboot of windows was necessary, after which everything started to work.
