You can find the drivers you would need and I would suggest installing the LG PC Suite, from here.. installing these, and your laptop doesn't recognizes the phone then there could be old drivers blocking you from connecting your LG phone.. OR bad USB connections ( check your USB ports ).. Good luck #3 Hello! Have you installed your phone drivers from that site? Try connecting another USB device such as a flash drive or something to check if your ports are working well. Reboot your laptop with the phone plugged in.. See what happens.. Next step is to try connecting your phone to a pc or another laptop.. Your USB ports

Dell for example has only WDDM 2.7 drivers even for Windows 11. Any WDDM version drivers should work in 11, even WDDM 1.0 (Vista). Of course the higher the better, but I would prefer lower version official drivers vs higher version generic Microsoft drivers from Windows Update.
