It never installed anything shady on my pc. The only thing that it left on my pc - are the downloaded drivers' files. So around a month ago, I turned my PC on to find that the audio is constantly cutting in and out on BOTH MY HEADSET AND SPEAKERS. I've listed this problem under devices and drivers, but I am fairly certain it is not a problem with my drivers. You can find the drivers you would need and I would suggest installing the LG PC Suite, from here.. installing these, and your laptop doesn't recognizes the phone then there could be old drivers blocking you from connecting your LG phone.. Have you installed your phone drivers from that site? Try connecting another USB device such as a flash drive or something to check if your ports are working well. Dell for example has only WDDM 2.7 drivers even for Windows 11. Any WDDM version drivers should work in 11, even WDDM 1.0 (Vista). Of course the higher the better, but I would prefer lower version official drivers vs higher version generic Microsoft drivers from Windows Update.
