Establishing tracks With only minor exceptions, timeline tracks in Pinnacle Studio do not have specialized roles. Any clip can be placed on any track. As your projects become more complex, however, you will find it increasingly helpful to give some thought to the organization of tracks, and rename them according to their function in the movie. Adding clips to the timeline Most types of Library asset can be brought onto the timeline as independent clips. In Timeline, you are able to view your activities in the order that you recorded them into Canvass. If you log your interactions immediately, you will be able to see a progression of your activity throughout a given work day.From Canvassing Mode, open the Profile Card by tapping the menu icon in the upper left corner of the screen.Tap Planner. Make sure the calendar is on the day you want to review.Touch the button View in Timeline.The timeline will open a map view with a blue and gray strip at the bottom. That strip is the timeline. Swipe it left or right to view your various activities for the day.Swipe until one of your activities icons is on the blue/gray line in the middle. You will see how the details in the black box at the top of the screen change to populate the data of this activity. The map will also highlight the location of that activity.
