LabVIEW 2025 และ LabVIEW NXG ใช้งานต่างกันอย่างไร

Hello Michael,Thanks for the feedback! You are correct in your analysis of the situation. In the LabVIEW NXG 4.0 release, the GLLs don't do too much. I wanted to share our reasoning for this, and give you a heads up to some things that are coming down the pipeline. We wanted to get people comfortable with the concept of how we build components, and how these built components (i.e. GLLs) compose the binary output of your applications. Components are the main organizational tool in LabVIEW NXG, and having desktop libraries compile into GLLs is a continuation of that theme. There are still "source components," just not as a build option. You can always take a .gcomp directory and give that to somebody else or use it in a separate project. But for the notion of what happens on build on the desktop, right now we will always build these into GLLs. We do have on our long-term backlog an option for creating a monolithic EXE, but we will not get to that any time in the near future. The capabilities that GLL will soon provide were higher on the list of requirements for the customers we have spoken to than monolithic EXEs.On the subject of those GLL capabilities, the team is currently hard at work on patching individual GLLs (and thus being able to build GLLs individually) as well as the ability to load a GLL dynamically from your built app. I am excited to see these features get out the door. Our general approach has been to get smaller increments of functionality out the door more often, so stay tuned for the next LabVIEW NXG release! Thanks,Taylor

We have mostly noticed customers facing this issue on Lenovo X1 laptops. However, it could happen on other computers too.Crash log:ErrorId: 0x6AD7DF6FMessage: Unhandled Task ExceptionError message: attempt to write a readonly database attempt to write a readonly databaseException: SQLiteExceptionThe issue can also be reproduced by opening any of the Database examples. These examples can be found here in the NXG welcome page: Examples > Programming Basics > Connectivity > Database.Workaround: Set the 'Default' value to empty for this key in Windows Registry: Computer\HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\TypeLib\{51C0003F-0741-4D1A-A612-891EB6928B5B}\1.0\0\win64Reported Version: LabVIEW NXG 4.0 | LabVIEW NXG 5.0 Resolved Version: N/A Added: 07/30/2020Upgrade - Migration641719ReturnProjects with large file hierarchy error out during conversion with unclear error messageThe conversion tool adds hierarchy to the project structure during conversion that extends the length of the file path. As a result, file paths can become too long for Windows and create a situation where the conversion utility cannot find files at paths that do not exist. This will result in the following error: Conversion could not find this file at specified pathThe reason for the file not found is not clear in the action being made.Workaround: Make shorter file paths initially so the added hierarchy doesn't extend beyond Windows file path limitsReported Version: 4.8.1 Resolved Version: N/A Added: 02/26/2018Document last updated on 08/03/2020
