The standard iTunes download page for 32-bit systems excludes Win 8 in the description of 12.1.1, but immediately after says that it is compatible with the 32-bit edition of Win 8!Since prior to iTunes 12.1 all "64-bit" versions were actually 32-bit applications with a 64-bit installer, and these all ran on 8.1 - as does the "for older video cards" version of 12.1.1.4 (which has that same hybrid architecture) I would assume that the 32-bit version of 12.1.1.4 should be fine for your machine.
