When I start my computer I access the internet fine via a wifi connection but after a few minutes it seems to stop the connection and I just stall. I purchased Photoshop Elements 2021/2022 a few days ago. I have installed Adobe Acrobat DC, Adobe Creative Cloud, and Spo2 Assistant. Photoshop Elements will not download and install. It says it isn't compatible with my system. It seems to think I have windows 8. It says to install the mecessary files.. What files? It also doesn't recognize that my pc is connected to the internet. I have tried everything I can think of. I may ebd up having to get a refund if I can't use the program.
