Both the Apple and Microsoft techs ruled out firewall and antivirus interference. I have uninstalled/reinstalled iCloud (numerous times), uninstalled/reinstalled Microsoft 365 (numerous times), and reinstalled Windows, and tried resetting and reinstalling iCloud from within the Windows 11 control panel. The problem started when I updated BIOS on the desktop. Of course, iCloud works fine from my Apple platforms. This is frustrating.
