A major concern for the software that it was almost impossible to do and took literally hours and hours.Add to that that I'm a software engineer and it beggars belief anyone else could ever manage it.The browser is essentially blocking adverts behind a convoluted mess of a settings system of menus that are extremely confusing and opaque.But I have spent hours and hours studying it to find how to enable advertising and find the hundreds of cookies that every website seems able to give you whether you clicked anything or not.So well done Opera, you've almost completely destroyed the codebase.What will your next trick be...? But yt thinks Opera is trying to adblock.I have Opera 110.0.5130.35 burnout426 Volunteer last edited by Did you turn the adblocker off just for Youtube or completely at the URL opera://settings/privacyProtection? If the former, try the latter.Also, make sure lucid mode is off at the URL opera://settings/lucidMode.Then, goto the URL opera://settings/content/all, type youtube.com in the search field and click "Delete displayed content". Then, repeat for google.com.Then, goto the URL opera://settings/clearBrowserData and clear "cached images and files" for all time.Then see if Youtube still thinks you're using an adblocker. If so, disable your extensions at the URL opera://extensions one by one and repeat the clearing of Youtube and Google data and your cache and try again.If still no go, you might have to fool Youtube into thinking you're using Chrome.
