Legacy call history and Meet call history are stored and managed differently. Legacy call history is saved only on the device the call was made on. Meet call history is centrally backed up on Google servers and synced across all devices you’re logged into with that account. This allows you to view, delete, and export your Meet calls from any device you use.Important: Due to this change for business and EDU users, some previous Meet call history items can't be shown on the home screen but can still be exported. These items will be deleted on October 1, 2024. Legacy call history and future Meet call history will remain visible on the homescreen.Tip: History on the home screen shows only the last call you had with a contact, whether or not it was a Meet call or a legacy call.Export your call history On your computer, go to Meet. Accounts set up with only a phone number can't access meeting features. If you're only registered with a phone number, you'll get a prompt to connect a Google Account in order to create, schedule or join meetings. On iOS: You'll find the Google Accounts signed in to other Google apps on your device. If you can't find a Google Account listed: tap Add another account. Select a Google Account to connect. After you have connected Duo to your Google Account, you can use Duo across different devices. People with your Google Account info, like your Gmail address, can ring you using the updated app. Check that you're signed in with the correct Google Account. You can only get meetings that are associated with the account that you are signed in with. If you previously used Duo with a business or EDU account, your admin controls calling functionality through the 'Additional Google services' toggle.
