Have not downloaded anything since April when I got the Android Studio IDE for a CS class I was taking in college. No issues. None. Fast forward to tonight. I download the FTB application and go through the process of making sure everything is installed correctly. Now all of a sudden my computer is starting to go haywire. Not seriously but enough for me to know there is some sort of malicious software that has made its way onto my computer. Connect the dots. This is the first download I have made since April. Immediately I become aware that there is malware. Where did it come from? There is one and ONLY one way it could have made its way onto my computer. That is FTB. Now fortunately I am capable and skilled enough to be able to rid my computer of these viruses and malware. No harm done. But I am PISSED!!! This is NOT okay. I don't know what or where inside the FTB desktop application has been compromised but something has 100% been compromised. Fix it. #10 Okay boys and girls we have a problem. I am very strict about what I download off the internet. Why? Because viruses. That's why. I also do not go to sketchy websites or go anywhere remotely dangerous. This is my work and school computer. I researched FTB because I am learning Java and one suggestion was that I mod Minecraft as a way to gain basic experience. So I researched mods and modpacks and came across SkyFactory 3. Being understandably wary I researched FTB and decided it was most likely safe enough to use. I have a 2017 MacBook Pro. I have NEVER had a virus of any sort on it. It has always run amazingly. Able to do this around the globe. So let's say I wanted to have the controls back now, so I took them with the laptop. Let's say I wanted to look at something that was on Jonathan-desktop's computer. I would go ahead and make Jonathan-desktop the presenter. So I go ahead and do that. And I am no longer the presenter. You'll see it says that here. And now, when I'm ready on the other computer, I can click "show my screen" and you see the screen pops up and now I'm on my desktop. I'm sitting here and I'm able to type on the other computer. So this computer could be in Africa or wherever, and I would be able to actually do something on that computer like watch the presentation, but if I ask the organizer to give me keyboard and mouse control then I can ask the person, "Hey, go ahead and give me access to your keyboard and mouse." And you can see here that I'm actually on the screen, even though you don't see the controls over here. I'm actually moving around inside of controls here on the screen. The controls for the web conference are hidden from all of the people are actually attending the meeting, but I'm going to go ahead and give keyboard and mouse control to the laptop. You can see that moving the mouse over here doesn't do anything at all, but then I'm actually able to take keyboard and mouse control over the desktop. And I can actually work on someone else's computer from wherever I am in the world. "This is now me on my laptop typing on my desktop." So I think Go To Meeting is a really awesome solution, for anyone who is looking for a web conferencing solution. That was really redundant, and hope it wasn't too complicated. Ideally you have been able to see what Go To Meeting can do. This is a very simple software that allows you to really have an online meeting solution for your company, and to do web conferencing. Also it a built-in recording so you can do a recording of your online conferences, as well as all kinds of other cool things that you can do. The services are super for affordable. Actually i have eletricity problem in my city and power goes after each hour. so i want computer auto hibernate on 1:55PM, 2:55PM, 3:55PM, 4:55PM, 5:55PM. When its 0.55AM/PM in clock it should hibernate. Every hours: 55 minutes it should hibernate becuase power go on time. When its 12:00 power go, when its 2:00 power go and so on so i want it to do this each hour so that i can save my work!Anyone know how to do this?
