I upgraded my Gimp (PortableApps) from 2.10.18 to 2.10.20. I simply copied the new folder over the old one and now neither Pocholo's PY plugins nor LayerFX PY are showing in Gimp. Its interface is not so hot but it seems to have all the bells and whistles PSP Pro 9 has.
