They post loads don't answer the phone it's all emails. I took a load from them then they emailed me back and said I was a one truck company so I couldn't have the load. How many trucks does it take to haul one load. I've been in business 35 years and brokers like this should be band from this business there a pure joke. Look at there reviews. Only the foreigners are happy with them. Date of experience: 15 July 2024Bad infoWe have an agent for ST Freight that has a load posted. She only works for STF. The load is posted for $850.00. DOFT has 4 loads posted with her name and showing that she is an agent for USA, Transportation One, KCH and Fortune Logistics. And they all show that the load pays $2108. I tried reaching someone at DOFT with no luck. No way to view load number 51+. I tried to view my private load board using incognito mode on my web browser and they all showed correctly (which does me no good because I can't edit any loads after 50). I tried to reach Customer service and only received an email that they're looking into it. I know it's free but so is a shareable Google spreadsheet (that's less trouble). You can now view all your loads on a single page. Hopefully that helps. Only the foreigners are happy with them. Brokers need to put more information and what the load is paying. And an average or forecast really isn't correct. No one takes into account how much it cost to move this truck. Anything under a $1.50 a mile is an insult and that is even bare minimum. Everything goes up but they pay us crap to move these loads.App that helps me track the movement of the cargo trucks very accurately. Order transactions are listed and paid for quickly and easily. This is the application worth experiencing the mostI like the Doft board. But can honestly say in the 3 months I have used it , including one month paying I only booked one load off this board., I am seriously thinking of going back to free. I have Not gained anything by a paid

April 2023Scam siteScam site they are ripping loads off of other loadboards to post to their own. We do not work with Doft and have never posted on their site. They will not respond to any messages asking them to take it down. I can tell from other reviews that this is a core part of their operations.
