Curse beta client

Be compromised. Curse was involved in a hacking earlier this year, and are most definitely in league with some sort of gold-selling service but i don't hold it against them.Downloading addons is as easy as unzipping them and dragging and dropping them into your interface/addons folder. Every so often I get a "script error" from one of them and am asked whether to allow further scripts to be run.I'm not quite sure what's going on with it. Curse client has far more addons available, but wowmatrix allows you to update all addons with a single press. You have to pay for the premium to do the same with curse. It used to leech the addons from Curse and wowinterface, and therefore its maker's background and intent is shady, to say the least. Wowmatrix was great at what it did, only the attitude of the developers was the problem.They were unwilling to host the addons themselves, instead bringing in money from the advertising and leaching off the bandwidth of curse/wowinterface amongst others.Both curse and wowinterface have their own updaters, but despite the best efforts of wowinterface with mmo minion, and the support for modules opening up the possibility of cross-site updaters again that does not seem to have gone anywhere.That is what wowmatrix did well, bringing together the different sources of addons, only their practices left a lot to be desired. Right click it and extract it to C:/Program Files/World of Warcraft/ Interface/Addons. Or you can just open the folder that your addon is in and just move it directly into you addon folder. In some cases you might not have a addon folder when you play the game for the first time so just make a folder called Addons in your Interface folder and you'll be set from there.When you open WoW and are looking at your characters on any realm. On the bottem left corner you'll see addons and it will show which addons are being used.
