On startup, if any icon is right clicked on the desktop, I get the working circle indefinitely and to get out I stop Windows explorer, refresh explorer and then right click operation works fine. Happens on every startup even with all programs and unnecessary processes stopped (msconfig). When Avast is disabled on startup or starting in safe mode (avast disabled) right click operation is fine.
