Much from them, but whatever they know will be more non-driver support than Intel and far more support than HP.At least Dell has OEM-tweaked BExxx drivers for some of its laptops; HP has none. (I assume HP hasn't shipped any PCs with that card yet so they're not supplying any drivers.) Since I see from your logs that you have a Killer Ethernet adapter (I don't), you might be better off with the Killer Wi-Fi 7 card (Option 3) as well even if you still have update issues.I don't expect another Wi-Fi 7 option (Option 2) in the near future; AFAIK Qualcomm's Wi-Fi 7 card right now is only shipping in motherboards & a desktop PCIe card (pulling it out of those is the only way AMD laptop owners can get Wi-Fi 7 right now -- the BExxx cards aren't working with AMD CPUs even though other Intel non-CNVio, non-vPro cards do), and AFAIK other vendors' announced Wi-Fi 7 cards are currently vaporware. Besides, posted experience with various Wi-Fi 6 & 6E cards in my HP laptop line (generically known as 15-eg0000) suggests Intel WLAN cards in general work better with them than other brands (including my old Mediatek MT7921 Wi-Fi 6 card which flaked out once or twice). The ultimate problem here may be that the current drivers for the BExxx line aren't fully developed; they won't support all Wi-Fi 7 features till the next major Win11 update (even 320 MHz channel support currently uses the Wi-Fi 6/6E protocol with Wi-Fi 7 routers), and I just read another BE200 owner's complaint here that Bluetooth LE Audio isn't enabled in the current Bluetooth drivers. What Intel doesn't seem to get is that right now WE are the proverbial canaries in the BExxx coal mine; telling us to contact our OEMs now only kicks final resolution down the road till the OEMs complain to their high-level Intel contacts. We're a bit past all the whitelist, antenna, regulatory, CNVio, vPro, etc. issues Intel uses to justify deferring to OEMs; we just want Intel to work on fixing issues that occur regardless of OEM. If you believe Acrylic Home Lan Analyzer, I am doing 320 wide at Wifi 7 6Ghz, the 3 Deco's and the backhaul are all Wifi 7:The last one is the 5Ghz from the Main deco.... Which Decos are you using? What kind of Wi-Fi throughput are you getting from the main router? Satellites over wireless backhaul? I've been debating what mesh system to get to replace my ISP-provided Wi-Fi 6 equipment. The Deco XE75 Pro (Wi-Fi 6E) is cheaper & may improve my present situation, but I have a feeling I might need the Deco BE63 (Wi-Fi 7) either now or. Acrylic Wi-Fi Home . . The biggest thing that will help you in your setup especially if you are traveling with the X32/M32. A Wi-Fi scanner program like Acrylic WiFi Professional (or the free version Acrylic WiFi Home) will scan the 2.4GHz and 5GHz spectrum and display the Wi-Fi networks that are present, their amplitudes, and what channels they are on. This will help you specifically choose your wireless network channel to give better wireless connectivity.DD-WRT FirmwareDD-WRT was first created as an open source firmware upgrade for the ever popular Linksys WRT54G wireless router. DD-WRT was a free download that could be installed onto the router for expanded functionality for the router including boosting Wi-Fi signal transmission power. DD-WRT is has expanded to be available for a number of different Wi-Fi devices and will expand the functionality of any router which it supports.Check it out at www.dd-wrt.com.Use 5GHz When PossibleThe 2.4GHz spectrum is very crowded, I would recommend finding a router that has 5GHz as well as 2.4GHz. If you are in direct sight of the router, 5GHz will work well but will not go through many walls or rows of people. 2.4GHz while more crowded will penetrate through more rows of people and walls. But having the option for both is always a good idea.Use External Antenna’s When PossibleYou do it for your wireless receivers and IEM’s, why stop there! Getting a set of professional Wi-Fi antennae that can connect to your router can not only give you a better line of site to the mix position but also can boost the receive and transmit signal of your router. Make sure to use really good low loss coax like LMR400 or RG-8X with short lengths and quality connectors between the router and the wireless antenna. The higher in frequency you go with RF, the less forgiving it is with finicky connections and cheap coax, not to mention the loss is significantly higher at 2.4GHz and 5GHz.Also, using directional antennae can also help boost your signal if mixing FOH from an iPad with your rack-mounted X32/M32 onstage.A few good products that would work well are:WA5VJB 850-6500MHz Log Periodic ($22 each Aug. 2022)WA5VJB 2100-11000MHz Log Periodic ($10 each Aug. 2022)WA5VJB 2.4-2.48GHz Quad Patch ($12 each Aug. 2022)WA5VJB 5.8GHz Quad Patch ($8 each Aug. 2022)Comet Antennas SF-245R ($60 each Aug. 2022)PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE Secure Your Network! Please…. Secure your Wi-Fi network! Also, please do not use WEP as the security protocol. Just Google “WEP Network Hacking” and enjoy learning how insecure it really is!Here is the list of security protocols currently out there (Dec 2016) ordered best to worst:WPA2 + AESWPA + AESWPA + TKIP/AESWPA + TKIPWEPOpen Network (AKA NO SECURITY!)Lastly, don’t title your Wi-Fi network something like It probably wouldn't hurt to reset the router to factory settings. It's been known to work for other people. It's especially recommended to do this after a firmware upgrade.Beyond that, assuming that the 2.4 GHz radio hasn't physically burned out, the most likely cause is environmental. Use a Wi-Fi analyzer, like inSSIDer, ViStumbler or Acrylic WiFi, and survey the active Wi-Fi networks around you. Set your router to use the least crowded channel.Unless you happen to live in an area with no other Wi-Fi networks nearby, I recommend that you stick to 20 MHz wide channels for the 2.4 GHz band. 40 MHz channels consume 2/3 of the available spectrum, so it's not good neighborly netizenship to hog so much spectrum. I've seen some reports that claim that 40 MHz performance can actually be worse than 20 MHz if conditions are bad enough. On the Nighthawk routers, like the R7000, you can disable 40 MHz channels by decreasing the Wireless speed to Up to 289 Mbps.USB 3.0 is known to generate radio interference in the 2.4 GHz range. While the USB 3.0 port on the R7000 is one of the better shielded ports compared to other brands, using it may still impact Wi-Fi. Temporarily disconnect any device connected to the USB 3.0 port and see if Wi-Fi performance improves. If you are using a USB 3.0 device on a laptop or PC, temporarily disable it, too.Other sources of noise include microwave ovens (bigtime!), 2.4 GHz cordless phones, and Bluetooth. Try to isolate and eliminate these sources, if possible. Finally, while Nighthawk routers have some of the strongest radios in the industry, router positioning is important. Ideally, it should be placed within direct line of sight to clients or with as few intervening walls as possible. Make sure the antennas are positioned

Bit confusing. You can download InSSIDer for free, which is perfect for testing out the software. Still, it lacks much of the functionality you likely require as a network administrator without a proper license. The MetaGeek Plus license unlocks the expected capabilities of the software and costs $100 per year. In addition, you can expand the software’s functionality by upgrading your license to the Pro version for $200 per year. MetaGeek Plus and Pro also have a 14-day free trial available.Interestingly, instead of offering an Enterprise option for InSSIDer, they provide various alternative software options – from Signify Business to Chanalyzer. Still, these options are likely only necessary if WiFi diagnosis is a core function of your business.5. Acrylic Wi-FiAcrylic Wi-Fi is a simple solution that provides rugged WiFi network testing tools that get the job done. Unfortunately, it lacks visuals compared to several other solutions higher on this list. Still, the software manages to supply a functional set of useful metrics that you can use to diagnose and plan your WiFi architecture.Acrylic has packaged several optional functions as different products are available for purchase. For example, custom storm heatmapping is known as its product and in-depth network packet sniffing and Wireshark integration. This flexible offering of functions helps customize your solution. Still, many of the optional features are included as-is in other products, without the need for additional purchasing – this means Acrylic WiFi is probably only worth considering if you don’t need the full functionality of other WiFi analyzers software.Key Features:Simple WiFi analysisMonitoring for neighboring WiFiModular product lineupUnlimited devices (on Professional version)Granular device troubleshootingAcrylic Wi-Fi has a free Home version available for personal use. The Professional license costs $20 for a year or $40 for a permanent license for a single user.As mentioned, much of the additional functionality is available as separate modular products. For example, heatmaps cost $880 for an entire year or $2200 for a permanent license. Sniffer (which expands on the packet sniffing and monitoring functions) costs $100 for a year or $220 for a permanent license. As you can see from comparing the available options, while the Professional support is on the cheaper side, it’s only really worth considering if you don’t necessarily need the Heatmapping or Sniffer functions. 6. AirMagnet WiFi AnalyzerOne of the older solutions on this list but still a reliable solution. The AirMagnet WiFi Analyzer comes with various performance monitoring and

Home Internet Home Wi-Fi Verizon Router Get the best out of your internet with the Verizon Router. Stronger, better Wi-Fi for your connected home devices. Get it for $18/mo or buy it for $399.99 plus taxes and shipping. Order now ", "nextArrow":"","responsive":[{"breakpoint": 767,"settings": {"infinite": true, "slidesToShow": 1, "arrows": true, "dots": true, "autoplay": false, "autoplaySpeed": 3000}}]}"> Protect your family with Home Network Protection, available on your router. Features include protecting your devices from cyber threats, plus parental controls and more. The Verizon Router includes True Tri-Band Wi-Fi 6E which includes 3 (4x4) antennas that deliver wide and reliable coverage throughout the house (2.4GHz, 5GHz, 6GHz). Manage your home network and provide Wi-Fi access to your guests instantly with My Fios App. What makes the Verizon Router faster? It features Wi-Fi 6E technology, the next-generation wireless standard that provides much higher data rates and increased capacity – almost 3 times faster than Wi-Fi 5. But the Verizon Router offers much more than just a simple speed boost. Its Wi-Fi 6E technology delivers an improved network connection that sets a new standard for performance. So you can connect multiple devices at once with increased range, improved power efficiency and enhanced security. Need even more coverage? Obstacles such as concrete walls and household appliances (like microwaves) can weaken or even block your Wi-Fi signal. That's why even the best routers may need some help extending their range. What is Wi-Fi 6E? Wi-Fi 6E offers the features and capabilities of Wi-Fi 6—including higher performance, lower latency, and faster data rates—extended into the 6 GHz band. In other words, Wi-Fi 6E provides a new band of Wi-Fi spectrum operating on the 6 GHz frequency that leverages the advanced speeds available with Wi-Fi 6 (which brought 802.11ax support). The 6 GHz band provides up to seven different 160 MHz wide channels to use while the 5 GHz band only has two. When should I use Wi-Fi 6E? If you have a Wi-Fi 6E device and are experiencing slower speeds in the 5 GHz band, we recommend you enable Wi-Fi 6E. The Wi-Fi 6E band uses WPA3 encryption and will switch your primary Wi-Fi network to WPA3 when turned on. If a device with WPA2 encryption is connected to your primary network when you turn on Wi-Fi 6E, that device may disconnect. If so, you can connect it to the IoT network which uses WPA2 encryption. Does my Verizon Router support Self Organizing Network (SON)? Yes, it is supported by default and can be managed within the My Fios app, My Verizon, or locally on the router. Please visit verizon.com/sonsupport for more SON information. *Faster Wi-Fi and increased coverage claims based on controlled environment testing using an 802.11 ax compatible device with no other Wi-FI traffic or interference present.
