Hello,I've been trying a portable version of Syncdocs for a while and have some difficulties with sync - not all the files are being synchronized properly (when I add new files to my Drive they are sometimes not downloaded to the laptop with portable Syncdocs app running (no matter what I try)). I wonder if this could be due to the fact the root folder being synchronized cantains over 3.000 files and I run an unregistered copy of the Syncdocs app at the moment. Some files get downloaded but others don't (it seems like the app doesn't get correct info from Google about all the files changed/created).I'm considering buying your application (because it is currently the only software I'm aware of capable of syncing Google Drive data from within a portable application) but I'd like to know in advance:- is a download of a portable version included when I purchase the full, registered version? (note, I don't need the app on an USB stick, I just need to run it on a system I don't have rights to install any new software...)- do you think the sync problems I briefly described above would be solved by running the full, registered version of SyncDocs?Thank you.Regards,Radek

It's only when Syncdocs does it.What steps should I take to correct the corrupt local files? If I delete them, will Suncdocs delete the corresponding files on Google Drive? That's NOT what I want to happen, since the files on Google Drive are not corrupt.If I replace the local files with the non-corrupt versions directly from my camera, how will Syncdocs react? Will it upload them to Google Drive as duplicates?Revisiting the file integrity issue, I'd like to suggest that you modify Syncdocs to check file sizes after the sync operation to make sure they match. Replace wyUpdate.You can try to force wyUpdate to fix itself by running it from Explorer. It will be located in the Syncdocs program folder, something like c:\Users\your_name\appdata\Local\Programs\Syncdocs\wyupdate.exe Posted 12 years ago # Sorry Andrew, that folder does not exist. It suddenly stopped when it got to 15% and then went on to the next file.It appears that Syncdocs must have been aware that it did not download the whole file, since its own internal progress counter never got beyond 15%.Next experiment, upload a large non-mp4 file to Drive to see if Syncdocs truncates that type of file too.
