They are junk! Slow down your machine and not worth the hassles. Difficult to remove. (Many of Cnet's downloads have these junk add ons to the actual program you are choosing.) So, how to avoid getting them along with the programs you want? When you see a screen with a button to DECLINE, do it. Hit decline and possibly another screen appears (looking like a user agreement for the screensaver or whatever)DECLINE again. You are not declining the download of what you want to download, only the crap Cnet allows another company to add to the download process screens. I learned from experience and the comments from others who think the programs they download are full of malware.
