Download HP Print and Scan Doctor from this link: 2. Run HPPSdr.exe from the download location on your computer.3. Once HP Print and Scan Doctor opens, click Start, and then select your printer.4. If your printer is not in the list, turn it off and on and then click Retry.5. If there is a connection problem, follow the instructions in HP Print and Scan Doctor.6. If the screen displays prompting to turn on printer updates, click Yes and continue.7. Once HP Print and Scan Doctor opens, click Start, and then select your printer. If your printer in not in the list, turn it off and on, and then click Retry. If a screen prompts you to make your printer the default printer, click Yes. Try to print. Assign manual IP address and that should fix the issue. 1. From the printer control panel, touch ( Wireless ), and then touch ( Settings ). 2. Touch Print Reports. and then touch Network configuration Page or Wireless Test Report.Setting a Static IP AddressOnce you know your printer’s IP address, entering it is pretty easy. Here’s what you do: Run your Web browser. In the Web browser’s address bar, type the IP address of your printer and press Enter. Assuming you entered the right address, the HP printer control panel should appear. Click the Networking tab. Under Connections, click Wireless. Under IP Address Configuration, click Manual IP. Enter the IP address, subnet mask, and default gateway in the appropriate boxes. Whenever I attempt to print I receive a"Printer Offline" message and the print job terminates. The printer is actually on-line and works fine from another PC. I can also print by e-mail. This problem appeared for the first time suddenly today. I have since updated to Windows 10 v1607 and it looks like this has corrected the problem. So this looks like more of an OS or PC issue rather then a problem with the printer per se.
