There are no registry keys for the options it provides. The tweaker achieves the customizations by injecting code into explorer and manipulating it directly. My antivirus complains about 7+ Taskbar Tweaker. It's a false positive. Unfortunately, it's common for antiviruses to incorrectly mark 7+ Taskbar Tweaker as malicious, especially when a new version is released. If you use the Large Icons, then set the value to 42 or more.
