Use the video footage as evidence of unauthorized activities such as using the vehicles to run personal errands with family members. The data generated by dash cameras allows for informed decision-making, leading to a reduction in fuel and maintenance costs and the elimination of fraudulent activities. These efficiency gains translate into cost savings and a more agile and responsive fleet operation. The adoption of dash cameras represents a paradigm shift in the way fleets approach safety, liability management, and operational efficiency. As the technology continues to advance, the integration of dash cameras into fleet management practices will likely become a standard part of operations, further solidifying their position as indispensable tools for modern fleet operations. Organizations often realize immediate dash camera benefits upon deployment of the technology. Fleet managers embracing this technology are not only safeguarding their assets and personnel but are also actively contributing to the creation of safer roads and more efficient transportation systems.

Agile Fleet's FleetCommander is a Powerful Fleet Management

Agile Fleet: The most trusted name in fleet management We’re the approachable fleet management technology company, and FleetCommander users are not shy about singing our praises. Meeting Higher Demand with Fewer Vehicles "FleetCommander will encourage vehicle sharing and utilization efficiencies so that we actually will be able to eliminate vehicles each year from our fleet, despite the higher demands . . . by reducing the number of vehicles we need to add, and by finding opportunities to improve vehicle-sharing capabilities." “With FleetCommander, we are now able to collect the utilization data we need to make smart decisions about where to cut our pool vehicles while still enabling our drivers to have access to the vehicles they need to do their work.” "It took us no time at all to get started, and we saw immediate advantages. With FleetCommander, we now use one system instead of three, and billing data is automatically generated when vehicles return. I am so thankful we are using FleetCommander now." “You have a great team! This is a great partnership. It says something about your product when we can roll FleetCommander out to 9 new sites without a whimper from them.” A Quick Return On Investment "The 50 vehicles we cut [using FleetCommander data] were eligible for replacement. It would have cost the county $800,000 to replace those vehicles, not to mention ongoing maintenance and depreciation expenses that would have been associated with those new vehicles. That's a considerable savings.” Forsyth County, North Carolina "The FleetCommander product was exactly what was needed. We now have a fully automated motor pool that is secure and provides complete accountability for access to vehicles. Even better is the fact that we have all of the data and reporting capabilities we need to fully understand how our fleet is being used."

The Orbea, Trek and SCOTT, no brand showed any real weakness with regards to tire choice. If you’re looking for a fast-rolling combination with an aggressive profile, but you can accept compromises in damping, we can recommend the 2.3” MAXXIS Minion DHF and DHR II as on the Giant Trance 29. If you want a little more grip, damping and puncture protection, use the same tires but in the 2.5” or 2.4” WT width. Travel is limited for indicating the classification of bikesIn the past, bikes were often categorised based on the length of their travel. Today, however, travel tells us very little about the handling of a bike. A 130 mm travel bike can feel astonishingly cumbersome while a 150 mm travel bike can be very agile. Bikes with almost identical travel, such as the Norco Optic and Nukeproof Reactor, can offer completely different handling characteristics. Instead of being put off by too much or too little travel, we recommend that you read our reviews and ideally test ride the bike extensively on different trails. For trail bikes, 29” is the wheel size of choice! We declared 27.5” to be dead from frame size medium upwards after our most recent enduro bike group test and we’re seeing this development even more clearly on trail bikes. No wonder: there was only one bike in this group test favouring the smaller wheel size – the Canyon Spectral. With its 27.5” wheels it’s super agile and very fleet-footed to ride, but 29ers have

Here at Agile Fleet we get asked all the time: “What is a good vehicle utilization rate?” It’s an interesting question. But to answer it, we need to phrase the question a little differently. In actuality the question should be: “What’s a good utilization number for each class of vehicle, at each location that I have, that are available to people at the time they are needed?” That may be a mouthful, but it’s really what you should be asking. But why even measure vehicle utilization? The answer is: because if you do it right, you can save a lot of money. For each and every unneeded vehicle in your fleet that you eliminate, we estimate savings between $3,000 up to as much as $8,000 every year. If a fleet eliminates 10 vehicles, that is between $30K and $80K a year! Savings come from:Cost avoidance (vehicles you don’t purchase)Cost savings:• Maintenance • Depreciation• Insurance• Parking• Car washes• Tags, registration• Reduced staff time needed to manage the fleetSo when people ask us what a good utilization rate is, we often start the dialogue by asking: “Well, how are you measuring utilization today?” One fleet manager told us he measured it using Windows. We thought, wow, he must not be a technology guy – Windows is an operating system. But he quickly corrected us – “No, I mean we use windows. We look out the window and see how many vehicles are in the parking lot.”Clearly that particular fleet manager’s fleet utilization metrics were lacking to say the least. Luckily FleetCommander collects all the data he needs in many different ways.By just knowing what your total fleet utilization rate is, you don’t have the information you need to properly adjust the size of the fleet. For example, if you know your fleet utilization rate is only at 60%, what type of vehicle should you eliminate? Is it a pickup truck? Is it a mini-van? How about a passenger vehicle? You need specifics about the utilization of each type of vehicle at each location. Some fleets look at odometer as the measure of utilization. For example: a vehicle went 800 miles in a month. The minimum number of miles according to fleet policy for assigned vehicles is 1,000 miles per month. Therefore, that vehicle is under-utilized. If odometer is all you’ve got to measure utilization, you’re still better off than a lot of fleets. But looking at how often the vehicle is actually used will give you a much better look at how many vehicles you need. Here’s what we recommend: Whatever number you look at, look at it by each location, then each class of vehicle. If you have the right tools, you can get the data you need to make money-saving decisions. FleetCommander reports provide utilization metrics such as: Percentage of vehicles used per day by class of vehiclePercentage of days each specific vehicle is used during an interval of time (e.g. weekly, monthly)Trips per day per vehiclePercentage of miles traveled using alternative fuelsPercentage. Our Naval warfighters need unmatched technology solutions and more ready ships for the surface fleet to own the fight and maintain mission advantage. Now more than ever, they need to know they have the best capabilities to outpace any threat. The next generation of warships to protect our nation and allies will be the Flight III variant of the DDG-51 Arleigh Burke-class guided missile destroyer. The complexities of hosting the latest air and missile defense radar on a new ship variant created over 30,000 new or modified requirements and over one million new lines of software code. It was clear to us early on that the legacy way of delivering combat systems wasn’t sufficient to develop BL 10. In order to achieve the mission on time, we evolved our entire Combat System Engineering Agent (CSEA) business operations model to deliver the digitally transformed combat capability demanded by the fleet.
